 DATES: October 9Th and 10Th, 2010 (Registration Deadline - Friday, October 1st, 2010)

TOURNAMENT GAME SITES:

All games will be played at one of three locations:

Missouri City Community Park - 1700 Glenn Lakes Lane, Missouri City, TX 77459;

Ridgeview Park - 3902 Ridgeview, Missouri City, TX 77459; or

Texas International Soccer Complex - 14501 Fondren, Missouri City, TX 77459 (Approximately 15-20 minutes away from Missouri City Community Park).

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Mandatory team check-in will be held Friday, October 8^Th between 6pm and 9pm at the Old Hickory Inn Barbecue Restaurant, 3334 FM 1092 (Murphy Rd) Suite 400, Missouri City, Texas, 77459

Items required at Check In:

·        Player Identification Cards - signed by player and laminated

·        Player Medical Release Forms

·        Final Team Roster - signed by the team’s club registrar and coach

GENERAL INFORMATION:

·        Boys and Girls

·        U7-U8 (COMBINED) to play 7v7 ($275)

·        U9-U10 to play 8 v 8  ($325)

·        U11-U12 to play 8 v 8 ($400)

·        U13-U19 to play 11 v 11 ($425)

·        Tournament is open to all Division II, III, and IV Boys and Girls teams

·        Minimum of three games

·        Finals and semi-finals will be determined by number of teams in each bracket

·        If necessary, age groups may be combined to complete a bracket

·     Registration deadline is Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 (Except to fill incomplete brackets)

 APPLICATION INFORMATION:

·        Applications will close as age brackets are filled on a first come, first served basis.

·        Fees payable by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, ECheck, check or money order. Payment by credit card subject to fees.

·     NOTE - Credit card payment is the best method to secure a position into the tournament at time of application. Those teams paying by check or money order will be placed on a "reserve" basis until payment clears. Checks must be postmarked by October 2nd, 2010 and received by MCUSA by October 5th, 2010 to be accepted.
